Because in-store fitting rooms are available, all eligible refunds
from within Chicago will be refunded with an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cash refunds to customers in Chicago.

r a free return shipping label. Please include the name of the item you'd like to return and the reason for returning it. Return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for return.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags as originally attached. Items gently used, or worn "only once" are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted for items not meeting our return criteria, and it is the sole discretion of management if an item doesn't meet our return criteria.
Our return policy:
- Sale items, swimwear, masks, jewelry, and accessories are final sale--they will not be accepted as a return.
For items purchased in our store you have 7 days to return them for exchange or store credit. Items returned from outside the Chicago area are accepted within 14 days of the date you received your order.
Any returns received after that will not be accepted.
- Depending on the time of transit back to our store you should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will be issued your refund more quickly.
- All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (with a tracking number).
- We cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen during return shipment.
We stand 100% behind all of the products we sell. However, certain metals, over time, do have a tendency in some instances to change in color or variation due to the metal itself.
Its contact with water, soap, or natural oils in the skin against the metal, sunlight, or oxygen are some causes that create the color variation.
This is natural.
